92Strike Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

To register and maintain an account with 92Strike, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account with 92Strike. Each individual may hold only one account.
• You have not been self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from the 92Strike platform and your exclusion period has not yet expired.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of 92Strike, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. 92Strike reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious account activity. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Your 92Strike account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any OTP sent to your registered mobile number — confidential at all times. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

92Strike will never ask you for your password by email, phone call, or live chat. If you receive any such request purportedly from 92Strike, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@92strike.biz immediately.

• You must update your contact details promptly if they change — particularly your mobile number, which is used for OTP-based login and withdrawal verification.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 92Strike account, whether or not you personally authorised it, unless you have notified us of a security breach and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 92Strike support immediately to request a temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated.
• 92Strike uses industry-standard encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your device and your own credential management remain your responsibility.

All financial transactions on the 92Strike platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any point. The accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There are no fees charged by 92Strike on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 92Strike wallet instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method previously verified under your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: under 5 minutes during normal operating hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT: 1–2 business hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

Verification before withdrawal: 92Strike reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment wallet registered under your name. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All bets placed on 92Strike are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed on your screen and the stake has been deducted from your 92Strike wallet. Bets that are pending confirmation due to network issues, system errors, or any other technical reason are not valid until confirmed.

Settlement: All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches. Settlement is completed as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. In-play bets are settled on the position at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time of the event to which the bet relates.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned without a result and no official result is declared under applicable governing body rules.
• The bet was placed in error due to a system fault that generated incorrect odds or market information.
• The bet was placed after the official start time of the event (for pre-match markets only).
• The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• The market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to official investigation or fixing allegations.

When a bet is declared void, the original stake is returned to your 92Strike wallet in full. 92Strike's decision on the settlement or voiding of any bet is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in these Terms.

All casino games available on 92Strike — including card games, roulette, poker, and Aviator — use random number generation systems that are either independently certified or provably fair. The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each game type is published within the relevant game information section on the 92Strike platform.

Aviator-specific rules: The Aviator crash game operates using a provably fair algorithm. Each round's crash multiplier is determined by a cryptographic combination of a server seed committed to before the round and a client seed. Both seeds are revealed after each round, allowing any player to independently verify the result. 92Strike does not and cannot influence the crash point after players have confirmed their bets.

• Auto cash-out instructions are executed server-side and are not affected by the player's internet connection at the time of execution.
• If a player's connection drops after a bet is confirmed and no auto cash-out is set, the bet will run until the round concludes. 92Strike accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnection where no auto cash-out was configured.
• Minimum bet per slot: Rs 50. Maximum bet per slot: Rs 50,000 per round.
• Suspected exploitation of software bugs, interface errors, or latency to gain advantage will result in bet voiding and account suspension.

General casino rules: Game results are final once displayed. Technical malfunctions — including server errors, display glitches, or incomplete game rounds caused by system failure — render the affected game round void and any stakes are returned. 92Strike reserves the right to suspend any casino game for maintenance, regulatory review, or technical investigation without prior notice.

92Strike periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Welcome bonus: New 92Strike players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the registration page at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed regardless of how many accounts the promotional email reaches.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds — whether credited to your account as a deposit match, free bet, or cashback — carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on 92Strike is stated clearly within each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings remain in a restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn.

• Only bets placed using real-money funds count towards wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bets placed in sports markets with odds below 1.50 do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific offer states a different expiry period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• 92Strike reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or refuse bonus participation to any player at its discretion, provided this does not adversely affect rights already accrued under an accepted offer.

92Strike is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. Gambling on 92Strike is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be a source of financial stress or personal harm. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard.

Available tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session. You will receive a notification when approaching your limit and will be logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period. Reaching your loss limit will lock you out of real-money play for the remainder of that period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92Strike platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances reviewed, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity voided.

1. Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the 92Strike platform in any way, including placing bets, exploiting in-play latency, or scraping odds data.
2. Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs to place bets or execute game actions that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
3. Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event.
4. Using the 92Strike platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial crime including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
5. Funding your 92Strike account using payment methods that do not belong to you, or that are associated with fraudulent, stolen, or disputed funds.
6. Registering multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name, whether with or without that person's knowledge.
7. Abusing the 92Strike bonus system through coordinated play, staking combinations designed to produce near-certain outcomes, or any form of arbitrage betting funded by bonus balances.
8. Threatening, harassing, or abusing 92Strike support staff or other players through any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or obtain unauthorised access to any part of the 92Strike platform infrastructure.

92Strike reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or applicable law. In the event of account closure:

• If the closure is initiated by 92Strike due to a suspected breach, the account balance will be held pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.
• If the closure is initiated voluntarily by the player, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request.

Dispute resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a withdrawal has been processed inaccurately, or you have any other dispute with 92Strike, you should contact support at support@92strike.biz within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 92Strike will investigate and respond within 10 business days. The decision issued following a formal investigation is final and binding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92Strike's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

92Strike does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service outages beyond 92Strike's reasonable control.
• Losses of winnings or betting opportunities caused by platform maintenance or unplanned technical downtime.
• The decisions, actions, or outcomes of any sporting event, casino game result, or other event on which bets are placed.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the 92Strike platform — including but not limited to the 92Strike name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of 92Strike or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92Strike platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 92Strike content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 92Strike intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.

92Strike reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players by email to the address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes, such as clarifications of existing provisions, may take effect immediately upon publication on the 92Strike website.

Your continued use of the 92Strike platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure with a full refund of your remaining real-money balance.

Governing law: These Terms are intended to comply with applicable local requirements for the jurisdictions in which 92Strike operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
